When we gather in presence and shared purpose, a field of possibilites opens. In it, new worlds come alive through us, multiplying our individual potential. Envisioning is a way of collecting this inspiration into a form that we can use for new strategies.

Living and contributing like this is about bringing to life things that are always beyond the current level of imagination. The strategy, therefor, needs to be continually responsive to the current moment as well. Practicing emergent (instead of urgent) strategy is what is required for the long-term excellence and joy of the inspired work and living.
